Ballet Body


Ballet Body is a workout program that utilises classical ballet technique and movements to give you the sculpted physique you have always dreamed of.

Even if you are not a dancer, you can still take our classes and get a great workout while having fun. Dancing is a great way to get into shape, lift your spirits, and work your mind as you learn the moves.

Attending our Ballerina Body classes provides several benefits such as


  • improving posture

  • increasing flexibility

  • developing core strength

  • elongating muscles

  • encouraging weight loss

  • strengthening various muscles that are often overlooked in other exercises.


The movements taught in class are designed to tone and firm muscles without developing bulk to ensure you achieve long and lean muscles.
